Participation as Members of Audit Committees

Audit Committees are increasingly necessary to properly manage Governance, Risks and Compliance (GRC) in an appropriate manner, supervising the internal audit and external audit function with technical and business criteria, for which it is necessary to have independent external directors who have experience in business and risk management.
